The Hospice Thrift and Gift Store


The Hospice Thrift and Gift store is located at 401 South State Street. This facility generates most of the funding to enable our volunteer Hospice to continue to provide our free end of life and comfort care to many persons in our community.


In addition to our convenient donation drop off at the back of the store on Main Street, we also offer to pick up any large pieces of furniture that you may  be unable to transport to the store.  Call 462-3141 to schedule a pick up.  We accept most furniture, but no bedding or large appliances.


Our community volunteers  help sort and hang clothing and stock shelves and are vital to keeping our store running and attractive  To volunteer call the Store Administrator, Lyle Fox at 462-3141.  You can help your community by spending some of your free time with this worthwhile volunteer agency.  It’s satisfying and fun!


Store hours are: Monday through Friday 10 A.M. to 5 P.M.

                         Saturday 10 A.M. to 4 P.M.

                         Closed on Sunday


Donation hours are: Monday through Friday  10 A.M. to 4 P.M.

                               Saturday 10 A.M. to 3 P.M.


Please note:  If you have clothing articles that are not saleable(stained, torn or misshapen), please donate them in a separate bag.  Even stained or torn clothing can be recycled.

Volunteers

The Hospice Thrift and Gift Store is always looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help at the store. If you are interested please fill out the volunteer application form listed below and return it to Lyle Fox at The Hospice Thrift and Gift Store or  to our Hospice of Ukiah administration office located at 620 South Dora Street, Suite 101 in Ukiah.
